Stomach: "What will be we having for dinner?"

Heart: "Dylan Prime fondue?"

Wallet: "We're moving in 2 weeks and need to clean out the cabinet. How about that box of Trader Joe's white cheddar macaroni and cheese?"

Brain: "Good choice. We'll need to stop by CVS for the requisite (2%) milk."

Lo and behold the first quart carton I snag has an expiration date of August 14: the day I leave the Big Apple permanently (more on that later).
