Left: a pineapple I purchased at Meijer (pronounced my-her; the Michigan homolog of Walmart).  It looked too delicious and happy to not toss in my cart.

Right: Karl brought me flowers.  Aren't the beautiful??  :)  They are also quite fragrant, in a good way.
