Taboo Tampons

I have it on good authority that a female public health student submitted a comment to the dean via his anonymous, online suggestion box last semester.  She kindly pointed out the irony of every single tampon dispenser being empty and/or dysfunctional at the School of Public Health, an institution that prides itself on its work to reduce health disparities.  Dean Warner, using Scotch tape to fasten a printed sign that reads "Please do not use" is hardly the solution she envisioned.
